2. What Next Move provides
Next Move provides planning tools and AI-assisted recommendations intended to help users create thoughtful real-world experiences. Recommendations may use information you provide and current publicly available information.
Next Move is not a dating service, venue operator, travel provider, transportation provider, event organizer, safety service, professional adviser, or guarantor of any person, venue, activity, or outcome.
3. Verify plans yourself
Venue hours, prices, availability, reservations, accessibility, weather, travel conditions, age restrictions, and other details can change. You are responsible for confirming all important information directly with the applicable venue or provider before relying on a plan.
4. Your responsibility and conduct
You remain solely responsible for your decisions, purchases, transportation, conduct, communications, interactions, and personal safety. You agree to use Next Move lawfully, respect consent and boundaries, and not use the service to harass, deceive, stalk, threaten, exploit, or harm another person.
5. Information about Connections
You may only add information you are legally permitted to store and use. Do not upload highly sensitive information, intimate material, financial data, government identifiers, medical records, or content that violates another person’s privacy or rights.
6. No endorsements or guarantees
Recommendations, links, and references are provided for convenience. They do not constitute endorsements, warranties, guarantees of safety or suitability, or promises that an experience will meet your expectations.
7. Accounts and availability
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, maintenance, or business operations.
8. Intellectual property
Next Move, its design, software, branding, and original content belong to Genesis Ventures and Holdings, Inc. or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit, while granting us the limited rights necessary to operate and improve the service.
9. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Next Move is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or specific results.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Genesis Ventures and Holdings, Inc. and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from user conduct, third-party services, venues, travel, purchases, communications, meetings, injuries, property damage, or reliance on recommendations.
