Next Move is operated by Genesis Ventures and Holdings, Inc. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to notifications@khemnx.com.
2. Information we collect
We collect account details, Connection information you choose to save, planning preferences, generated and saved itineraries, uploaded Connection photos, technical logs, and communications you send to us.
3. How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, personalize plans, save account history, improve reliability and safety, provide support, prevent abuse, comply with law, and operate Next Move.
4. AI-assisted recommendations
Information you provide for planning may be processed by service providers used to generate recommendations. We limit that use to operating the requested feature and do not intentionally ask users to provide highly sensitive personal information.
5. Connection information
Connection profiles and photos are private to the account that created them, subject to our security controls. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to store and use the information they add.
6. Service providers
We may use trusted providers for hosting, authentication, databases, storage, AI processing, analytics, email, payments, security, and support. These providers receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform their services.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for legal, security, backup, fraud-prevention, and operational purposes. You may request account or data deletion by contacting notifications@khemnx.com until self-service deletion is available.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including account-based access controls and private storage policies. No system can guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices
You may update your account and Connection information, remove photos, stop using the service, and request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. You may also opt out of nonessential marketing communications.
10. Children
Next Move is intended only for adults age 18 and older and is not directed to children.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy as the service changes. Material revisions will be posted with a new effective date.
